        WSM Systems Administrators confirmed a system-wide restoration of services. A postmortem analysis of the system logs was initiated immediately and is currently ongoing to determine the root cause.

        WSM Systems Administrators identified a bad data merge as the potential issue.
      • 09:27 29-May-2024
        WSM began receiving alerts of intermittent connectivity. Specifically, site landing pages were unaffected, but product pages were returning an HTTP Error 500.
