IMPORT MODEL: OPTION SET VALUES
Option set values are the actual options that are available for a particular option set. As an example, a t-shirt might have "Small", "Medium", and "LArge" values for the "Size" option.
Form Fields Definitions
Default: The value which is automatically displayed if you have not designated a value on your import file.
Values: Indicates how you must enter the text for that particular field category.
Delimited: Indicates what you must use for your Multi-Value Delimiter when having multiple cells load into one profile field. This feature is most commonly used when loading product images, as many times clients wish to show multiple product images for each item. If the MVD was a - your VALUES would read as the following: ${column header1}-${column header2}-${column header3}
Force Update: Indicates whether a force update must be clicked to have the new data load over the existing data. The "Force update" option is needed when an existing field’s information does not automatically update with the new CSV file’s data.
Character: Either a restriction or recommendation for this field.

Default: Blank Values: Text, HTML Allowed Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: 255 Special Notes: When entered the information it will appear when the customer hovers over the option set field. You can use HTML when entering this information into the Import File to create formatted text.

Id |
Default: System Generated by WSM Values: Numerical ID Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: N/A Special Notes: This ID can only be used when updating existing option set values in your site. It cannot be used too create new option set values.

Image |
Default: None Values: Full URL for Location of the file Delimited: N/A Force Update: Yes Character Limit: N/A Special Notes: When added to an option set value the image will appear when the customer hovers over the individual value and will appear above the description. The size of the image can be adjusted through your system configuration tab.

Default: Blank Values: Text, no HTML Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: 255 Special Notes: The name is the actual value that is displayed on the drop down list, and also the information that is passed through the checkout process.

Option set-id

Default: Option set ID generated from WSM Values: Numerical ID Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: N/A Special Notes: This ID is required to assign the value you are importing to the specified option set. The value can be obtained by exporting your sites options sets.

Default: 0.00 Values: decimal Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: N/A Special Notes: Do not include the dollar symbol in your CVS file, the value in this field will be added into the price/sale of the products original price.

Priority |
Default: 500 Values: Numeric 1-999 Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: 3 Special Notes: The priority will control the order of the value on the drop down list. The higher the priority number, the closer to the top of the list it will appear. This field is optimal in creating a unique value when preforming this import, this need to be unique number across all values in your CSV file.

This value can also be used in conjunction with Options Inventory Configuration.

Default: 0.00 Values: Decimal Delimited: N/A Force Update: No Character Limit: 3 decimals Special Notes: When supplied the weight will be added to the products weight when determining calculated shipping.
