Where can I see the service status of Web Shop Manager?
This page is a tool for you to confirm if there is a known outage with WSM, or other services used for your site (e.g. UPS or PayPal).
If you are experiencing an issue with your site loading, or a connected third-party program not functioning as expected, you can check this page first before calling the office. We highly recommend that you bookmark this page for easy access!
Any time you have an issue on your website you should submit a ticket. If the issue is critical such as, a user is unable to complete orders or the website is down, call the office (619-278-0871) or the after-hours line (619-354-8671).
