This page is for website that already have FedEx enabled and only need to update based on FedEx changes.
Requirements to complete this action:
- Your FedEx login.
- Your website login.

Log into your FedEx Account
- For the U.S. go to https://www.fedex.com/secure-login/en-us/#/login-credentials
- For Canada, go to: https://www.fedex.com/secure-login/en-ca/#/login-credentials
- Log in with your FedEx username and password
Generating the FedEx Address Validation API credentials
- After logging in go to the My Projects page
U.S. https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/project.html#/myprojects
Canada: https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-ca/project.html#/myprojects - Click the "CREATE API PROJECT" button.
- Select "Ships with FedEx and needs to integrate FedEx APIs into their system", then click "Next".
- Select the "Ship, Rate & other APIs" option, scroll down, check the "Address Validation API" option, and click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out the form, select "No" for both checkboxes and then click "Continue."
- Select and add all applicable countries you intend to ship to from the dropdown.
- Accept the terms and conditions, then click "CREATE".
- On the "Project Overview" page, go to "Production Key".
- Complete the registration process to obtain the production credentials for the Address Validation API. Keep a copy on a text file.
Add the credentials to your website
- Log into WSM.
- Highlight System.
- Click Configuration.
- Click the Shipping & Handling tab.
- Click the checkbox to "Use new FedEx Address Validation"
- Click Save Changes to see the new fields.
- Add the API key and Secret Key from the FedEx Address Validation API credentials
- Click Save Changes.
