      How do I change my Web Shop Manager password?

      Change Your WSM Password

      Use the steps below to change your WSM Password

      1. Log into WSM
      2. In the upper right hand corner (on the gray menu), click Account
      3. Click Change Password
      4. Enter your existing password
      5. Enter your new password in each supplied box

      🔎Note: Your password should include at least 1 number and 1 upper case letter. 

      If you have forgotten your password:

      1. Go to your login screen: YOURDOMAIN.com/admin
      2. Click Forgot password right below the Login button
      3. Enter your email address that is associated to your account
      4. An email will be sent over with the steps to retrieve your password
