Sendlane is the 3rd Party email marketing partner of Web Shop Manager and they have an incredible account management team and marketing automation platform that will be crucial for hitting your revenue goal for this year.

- Popup generator - this can be used to incentivize sign-ups and capture emails when shoppers interact with your site
- Abandoned Cart (V1 w/ Zapier) - send an email when shoppers leave a cart in the building stage
- Tracking Pixel - install this on your web pages to capture analytics and trigger automation in Sendlane based on behavior
- White-glove account management and implementation - Sendlane will assist you in getting everything set up
Once you have created an account with Sendlane you will need to complete the following tasks on the WSM platform in order to take full advantage of the benefits.
1. Inform your Client Success Manager.
Two of the required set up tasks need to be completed by your CSM.
A. Creating a Universal API key for Sendlane to use when setting up your Zapier connection.
B. Providing your assigned account manager from Sendlane with access to your WSM platform. We do not want clients sharing passwords with any 3rd party representatives. All Sendlane account managers have WSM user ids and are provided the needed authority levels to connect with your website.
2. Update the SPF record on your DNS.
If WSM manages your DNS please reach out to your CSM and they will schedule the request with the appropriate WSM team.

3. Adding the Sendlane beacon.

Sendlane provides WSM clients a number of valuable tools and products and other requests may come up. If additional assistance is needed please reach out to your WSM client Success Manager and we will provide feedback on having the requests completed.
As with all 3rd party requests we are happy to complete any tasks that can be taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Example - adding a code snippet. If any additional troubleshooting is needed we will create a support ticket on your behalf and advise you of the time estimated to complete on under Professional Service Hours.
